The team couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. I was treated like family from the very first phone call. Rich took the time out of his busy day to help me figure out a noise my truck was making and pointed me in the right direction as to what I should do. My family has been bringing their cars to Case for years, but this was my first experience and I too will be bringing my cars to Case for many years to come.

I have known Rich and John for years. I would not and will not take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs. They always fit me in around my schedule not theirs, they are so warm and friendly, and above all...They put the customer FIRST! My family has been going to Case Auto for years. They treat you like family. There is no better place to have your car repaired. My 88 year old mom when to have oil change and repair last week. Richard went above and beyond to take care of her car. I didn't have to worry one bit if someone would take advantage of an older person. Case and the whole team family themselves are GOOD PEOPLE.

Case has been such a hidden gem! My brother-in-law recommended I take my car there to get my brakes looked at. Not only did they work on my brakes, but they did a through inspection under the hood and caught a hose that was disconnected that would have caused a lot of damage had it not been reconnected. They were a game-changer!

Richard and his guys (and gals) do the some of the best work in central Florida on a variety of things. Have had multiple vehicles of my own and multiple family members vehicles fixed/serviced at his shop. The only place in Lakeland I don’t hesitate to recommend to anyone needing work done in their vehicle. One of the only shops I’ll take my vehicles too and not have to worry if it’s done right. Honest, trustworthy and transparent. Can’t ask for much more in a business

Great place to get your car repaired. They are fair and more important honest. They aren't going to try and sell you something you don't need. See Amber she will take good care of you.
